ReadPro

A clearer path through a crowded page.

Designing around interrupted attention.

Dense layouts, advertising, pop-ups, and continuous scrolling compete with the text itself. Our starting point was a reader who switches context, loses their place, or needs to return to a passage after a break. The product brings the reading task back into focus with fewer competing signals.

A reading environment people can adjust.

Sentence highlighting guides attention through a page. Text zoom and custom typography let readers change the visual density. Removing visual noise and converting all-caps text reduce the number of competing treatments within an article.

Language support within the text.

Morphology mode emphasizes prefixes, roots, and suffixes. Phonology mode highlights phonetic patterns. These options pair attention support with linguistic decoding, so readers can choose the cues that suit the task.

Capture now. Return later.

The workflow connects focused reading with highlighting and quick review. I contributed product design and implementation in a three-week team project, using the Chrome extension environment to apply the interface directly to web reading.
