Neffy — ARS Pharma Challenge Sprint

Connecting awareness, access, and action on campus.

A challenge sprint with ARS Pharma focused on neffy and the campus experience of anaphylaxis preparedness. The research brief considers how students, bystanders, and campus responders can be better connected through awareness, access, and clearer service touchpoints.

Understanding the campus context.

The sprint frames preparedness as a service design question: how do people recognize available resources, find them when needed, and understand their role in a wider response system? The focus spans student life, campus communication, and the handoffs between people and services.

From awareness to a connected service.

The project explores opportunities for education, resource visibility, and coordinated campus support. My role was Challenge Sprint Researcher, contributing to this research-led exploration of the experience around neffy.
